Bile Reflux Treatment – What Doctors WON’T Tell You!

2362681-xsmallWestern medicine offers many options for bile reflux treatments that in fact don’t work.  They may provide temporary relief in the short term, while actually making people sicker in the long run.

Western doctors WON’T tell you anything promising about bile reflux treatment because they simply DON’T know how to help you.

However, Nambudripad’s Allergy Elimination Techniques (‘NAET’) holistic allergy treatment will help you stop suffering from this “incurable” disease.

I received the diagnosis – “incurable” bile reflux disease from my gastroenterologist after several painful and expensive tests two years ago.  This was after struggling with chronic bile reflux several times a month over the past 20 years.

After having a child 5 years ago, I became sick almost every day with constant bile vomiting and gallbladder pain.  I developed a hiatal hernia as a result of the constant vomiting, migraine headaches, bile reflux gastritis, stomach pains and intolerance for most foods, losing 25 pounds in the process.  I was unable to function at all! -. I could not eat, sleep or think straight.

If I did not have my family by my side motivating me every day, I was truly ready to end my life.

Couple words on what actually Bile reflux is.

Most of us are familiar with, or suffer from, acid reflux.  In order to determine what causes your pain, your doctor may perform a variety of tests – including endoscopy and a special test that checks what types of digestive juices are coming into your esophagus.   If the substance is acidic, then a stomach acid is involved.  If the substance is alkaline, then it is bile causing the trouble.

  • Acid reflux symptoms are indigestion, heartburn, stomach pain, pain swallowing and esophagus inflammation caused by stomach acids going through the lower esophageal sphincter into the esophagus.
  • Bile reflux symptoms are heartburn, gastritis, hoarseness, chronic cough, pain swallowing, esophagus inflammation caused by bile from the gallbladder making its way through the pyloric valve from the small intestine continuing its way through the lower esophageal sphincter into the esophagus.

Sometimes, acid and bile reflux happen at the same time because of weakling of the esophageal sphincter, dysfunction of the pylorus valve and the complete imbalance of the digestive system.

This is the short summery of the existing well known bile reflux treatments learned from my own experience and months of research:

Western Medical System:

1.      Medications:

  • In the case of acid and bile reflux case together Western doctors usually prescribed antacids (Maalox Alka Seltzer, Pepcid, Zantac, Nexium, Prolosec and ext);
  • In the case of only bile reflux, Western doctors usually prescribe biding suspension – cholestyramine – since antacids affect only stomach acid production and antacids provide no relief.  liver and gall anaromy vector

2.      Surgery:

  • Roux-en-Y – diversion surgery diverts the bile so that it enters further down the intestine;
  • Anti-Reflux Surgery for Bile Reflux – surgery is used, called fundoplication, where the surgeon wraps part of the stomach around the esophagus.  This helps keep acid and bile from coming into the esophagus.

Naturopaths:

  1. Herbal remedies: chamomile, licorice, and marshmallow, melissa officinalis triphala, strawberries.
  2. Special diet: for both acid reflux and bile reflux you should avoid taking caffeine, chocolate, spicy foods, citrus carbonated drinks, mint, and vinegar.
  3. Life style changes:
  • Do not lie down shortly after a meal;
  • Eat small meals several times a day rather than large meals;
  • Last meal should be eaten at least three hours before bed time;
  • Practice meditation and yoga.

I was initially diagnosed as suffering from acid reflux, not bile reflux.  I was prescribed to take well-known antacids, which typically happens with bile reflux diagnoses.

I was advised by Western Doctors to take the binding bile medication, to do anti bile reflux fundoplication surgery and gallbladder removal surgery as I was complaining about pain in the area of the gallbladder.

I tried most well known Western medications and herbal remedies, special diets and life style changes usually recommend by Naturopaths Doctors.  I did not consider the surgery option since I know how invasive and tough it is on the body.

Nothing worked well for me.  I had temporary relief then became sick again.

  • Some herb supplements might make you feel a bit better for a time, if you are lucky and not allergic to them.
  • Only one remedy – Bentonite Clay really helped me.  I still use it even today when I eat the wrong foods due to lack of discipline, especially when eating out.  Bentonite Clay helps to bide the bile from my stomach.  I feel relief immediately – especially from nausea.  However, you must drink lots of water in order to avoid constipation.
  • Changing your diet and life style might be helpful if you are a big fan of fast foods, alcohol and smoking and/or have extra weight and avoid exercise.

Avoiding certain foods might help you to reduce a number of the bile reflux symptoms. It happens ONLY because you AVOID the foods you are HIGHLY ALLERGIC TO.

Most people suffering from bile reflux do not understand that the underlying cause of this problem is multiple allergies to different foods, minerals, vitamins, etc.

allergies word in letterpress type

Allergen causes the pyloric valve to stop closing properly resulting in bile washing back into the stomach.  According to Wikipedia the pyloric valve, is a strong ring of smooth muscle at the end of the pyloric canal which lets food pass from the stomach to the duodenum.  The pyloric valve usually opens only slightly, not allowing digestive juices to flow into the stomach.

During the past 20 years, along with migraine headaches and intolerance to different foods, bile reflux was the biggest health issue for me.  Nobody could figurate out what caused my pyloric valve to stop function properly till I met my NAET doctor.  Together, we started eliminating my allergies to various minerals, vitamins and foods – one by one.  Very soon I started seeing positive results.

The number of bile reflux episodes began to decline significantly!

Since I have experienced bile reflux for such a long period, my digestive system is quite sensitive to all new foods.  To avoid this problem, I use self-treatment and self-testing techniques, which I will write about in another post.

Self-treatment and self-testing techniques help me to maintain the healthy digestive system and to eliminate any bile reflux episodes.

Following are 5 steps you need to know how to become allergy free and stop suffering from the bile reflux .

In the post “ How to Become Allergy Free – 5 Steps You Need to Know” you can read about these important 5 steps.

In some cases, people have invasive bypass surgery, removal pylorus valve surgery, and/or gallbladder removal that leads to the digestive tract stop function normally.  The physical damage of the pylorus valve causes the bile reflux.

However, even in these complicated cases, it is possible to make tremendous improvement through the NAET treatments.

In my new post “Why Do People Have Allergies – MYSTERY Revealed” I will explain why people have allergy and why they develop serious health problems.

NAET saved my life!

I practice it every day to prevent developing new allergies and avoid serious health issues such as bile reflux.

With the right knowledge and approach you can become healthy again!  I know it from my own experiences.

If you have any questions, please leave them below.  I will be sure to get back to you as soon as I can.

To your good health,

Tanya

  1. Hello, do you have a direct email that I can ask you some questions about the clay? I have suffered with bile reflux since the day my gallbladder was removed 5 years ago. I’ve tried everything. Even clay. I am sure stress triggers it to make it worse. I never goes away. Ever.
    I”m glad you are better!

    • Hi I’m Shirley I’m interested in this treatment you started I can’t pronounce the word but I’ve had bile reflux every since I had my gallbladder taken out for 3 years this coming January I have tried every and assets thinking that it’s from my buyer responding from my heartburn I have a 2 inch hiatal hernia that I need to have it removed and I feel like I’m going crazy if you need to reply reply on this my name is Shirley last name is Henry and I’m in desperate need to find some way to find out what to do I don’t think I have any allergies to food I do have allergies to grass and mold and mildew and Ragweed pollen and bees but I so far don’t have any food allergies are mostly vegetarian I try to eat mostly vegetables ramps like in a spinach wrap and white chicken white turkey only the bucket only thing that I can eat besides yogurt and bananas that my sister will let me keep down and then there are definitely bad days we can’t even keep that down I meant my errands wrote I’m seriously contemplating not wanting to live because I can’t live like this

      • Hello Shirley.. I am glad that you do not give up and keep looking for an alternative way to get better.

Regarding you case, I suspect that the main reason you have a problem with your digestive system and gallbladder because you have already had some allergies issues even before your surgery. Allergy always attacks the weakest part of the body. If you have a weak stomach; allergies will affect the stomach tissues. As a result, you will suffer from digestive disorders whenever you come into contact with an allergen. This was the case for me, as I have a weak stomach. So whenever I inhaled, ate, or touched allergens, my stomach became irritated and I became sick.

During your gallbladder removal surgery, your meridians were cut. As a result, the normal energy flow through your meridians stopped and your digestive system stopped work properly as well. I have seen hundreds cases showing that people developed many side effects after gallbladder removal surgery including bile reflux.

Even though a strict diet can reduce symptoms a bit, but it cannot help you eliminate the cause of the bile refluxe because you may be allergic to your own stomach acids, enzymes, basic minerals like Ca, C, Iron, etc. It is impossible to avoid consuming them since these elements are everywhere.Your body is completely disbalance now. Medications and surgeries cannot fix it. But NAET can.

I had GERD, gastritis, pain in esophagus, trouble eating solid foods along with bile reflux. I also had a hiatal hernia that was fixed by a chiropractor without any surgeries.

When I visited my first NAET doctor, she explained to me how NAET works. It took me more than a year to cure.
The bottom line, NAET is the only natural non invasive treatment that helps to get better for people with digestive disorder including GERD, bile reflux, gastritis, etc.
Please read more how NAET works here: http://allergyfreeforeverway.com/holistic-allergy-treatment-does-it-really-work .After testing you with Muscle Response Test (MRT) http://allergyfreeforeverway.com/self-diagnoses-and-self-treatment, NAET doctor will be able to tell you more about your condition.

It takes time, money and effort to go through many NAET treatments. But it will bring your good health back . Please read more in my post http://allergyfreeforeverway.com/how-to-become-allergy-free-what-you-need-to-know what steps you need to follow to get better.

I suggest to go to NAET website and find a certified NAET doctor near you and make the first appointment.
Please remember that it is imperative to visit a certified NAET doctor. There are many frauds out there. Some people claim that they provide NAET treatments but they are not qualified to perform treatments. As a result, people do not get help and think NAET does not work. It does work. Please read my page what to expect during your first NAET treatment. http://allergyfreeforeverway.com/your-first-experience-with-a-certified-naet-doctor-7-steps-to-a-successful-cure.

Please do not loose your hope because the help is there. You just need to follow the steps I described above and you will become healthy again.

        To your good health,

        Tanya

    • I too have it since my Gallbladder was removed this March. I have it 24/7 and most foods trigger it and cause pain. I did not try clay but everything else didn’t work. I will try it.

  2. Hello Liz.. I will answer any question about using Bentonite clay. Moreover, as I said in my post that Bentonite clay helped me during the NAET treatments. NAET is an allergy elimination holistic treatment.
Most people suffering from bile reflux do not realize that the underlying cause of this problem is multiple allergies to different foods, minerals, vitamins, etc. Eliminating your allergies through NAET treatment will give you a permanent relief from the bile reflux.
Please feel free to ask me any questions. My e-mail is tanyacha@allergiefreeforeverway.com.

  3. I like the helpful information you provide in your articles.

I’ll bookmark your blog and check again here frequently.
I’m quite sure I’ll learn plenty of new stuff
right here! Best of luck for the next!

  4. Hi Tanya
I was hoping to email you offline, send some BR research your direction. Looks like your email domain address is no longer in operation.

I am working on something similar for people with Gallbladders surgically removed as the only option for treating gallstones. “What doctors won’t tell you” … about this treatment is shocking, breaches consumer and human rights as gallbladder removal surgery is conducted in a manner that is technically medical fraud. Hope to provide Gallbladder Surgery suffers with help quickly find answers to their specific symptoms. Sort of like a hung one shop knowledgebase site to self-diagnose problems. 100’s of hours work. The site will have some good information on Bile Reflux also.
Hope you are still out there.

    • Hello.. Thank you for reading my post. I sent you an email with my direct e-mail address if you would like to contact me. Thank you. Tanya

      • Hi Tanya, I would like to know how you treated yourself, as I have been diagnosed with bile reflux after a year of daily misery. Acid reflux meds don’t do anything for me. I have MULTIPLE food allergies. I have been at my wits end with this. I need your help, please.

        • Hello Allison.. I had multiple allergies as well which was the main cause of my bile reflux and migraines. I have cured my bile reflux by eliminating allergy reaction to approximately 55 different substances including different minerals, foods, vitamins, chemicals and even my own enzymes. It was done through NAET treatments.

Please read the detailed story in my post: “How to Become Allergy Free – 5 Steps You Need to Know!!“. In addition, I wrote my detailed story in the answers below this post.

So, I will recommend you to find a NAET doctor near the place you live, set up an appointment and start your NAET treatments as soon as possible. The NAET doctor should explained to you in details what causes a bile reflux in your case.

Even we are all different, I anticipate that your case is one of many that can be helped with NAET treatments. It is no reason to suffer and get worse everyday. You just need to make necessary steps on the way to become healthy again. I did not give up and now I live almost a normal life again without having pains and eating foods I could not even think I could look even again.

If you have any more questions, please feel free to ask me.

          To your good health,

          Tanya

    • Hi, are you available for sharing information?
I too tried the email of Tanya and it bounced.
      Many thanks for your time,
      kind regards
      Molly

      • Hello Molly.. I am opened to share more information about bile reflux. Soon, I am planning to make a video about how I treated the bile reflux with NAET.If you have more questions, please leave them in the comments area and I will answer to you as soon as I can.
        Best regards,
        Tanya

    • Hi,
I also removed my gallbladder in July’2014. I have a burning sensation at the lower right of my abdominal. I am looking on net eversince and got here. Today I got to know about this term “Bile Reflux”. We really should create a page with clear information for all the gall bladder removers.

      • Hello..Thank you very much for your comment. I agree that people should be informed by Western doctors about the potential side effects of the gallbladder remover operations. Unfortunately, in most cases Western doctors use surgery as the only option that they can offer to their patience. This is how they are taught by Western medicine. They are not aware about a holistic NAET treatment. Luckily, we, patience, have an option to choose the right path. I will think about the idea to create a special page about the gallbladder remover operation side effects.

        Best regards,
        Tanya

  8. Hi Tanya, I’m currently doing NAET treatments. I was diagnosed with bile gastritis a few months ago and never had this condition until I hit perimenopause big time. Right now, I don’t have nausea or vomiting (never had vomiting), but I get pain in the stomach occasionally and in the right shoulder blade. I still have my gallbladder. I’m on some herbal medication. My medical doctor wanted me to try domperidone to increase transit time of food through the stomach, but I haven’t tried it yet. Side effects seem scary. I just had a NAET treatment yesterday for dairy. Last week I had the calcium treatment and before that the one for egg. So I’m hoping this works. I have more treatments to get, such as B-complex, sugar, hormones, etc. I haven’t been tested yet for environmental allergies or animal dander. Not sure if these affect bile gastritis, but I guess I’ll find out. Were you able to reintroduce the foods you couldn’t tolerate? Thank you!

    • Hello Janice.. I am very glad that you started taking NAET treatments. It takes some time to clear many allergies. It took me around 1.5 years to treat my daughter’s and mine allergies. However, you can speed up the process if you can afford to have NAET treatments 3 times a week.
I can eat many foods now which I could not even smell before. I can enjoy good meals again even I am still careful with spicy foods and vinegar since my digestive system became very sensitive after so many years of struggling with allergies.
Just please be patient, keep going through your NAET treatments and you will get your normal life back. Your pain will decline and disappear. I am sure that your NAET doctor will check you for allergies to your stomach juices and your own enzymes. If she/he does not yet, please ask him/her to do it. I got a big relief when I was treated to my own enzymes.
If you have more questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
      To your good health,
      Tanya

      • Hi Tanya
How do NAET doctors diagnose what you are allergic for? By dousing or Kenisiology or what is the method? I am suffering many years of my stomach and recently had my Gallbladder removed and developed biliary gastritis. I literally can’t leave my flat. I am taking all the conventional medications from my dr avail, there isn’t an improvement. It’s like that more than a year since I started with gallbladder pain. I had big stone there. I have just have had a blood test for allergies and waiting for results. I had one before but for very limited foods and ecological possible allergans. It was negative. Are these conventional tests credible? Can you send me your treatment details please? I would appreciate it greatly.

  9. Thanks for putting this information out for us to find. I was just told I have alkaline reflux I’m not sure if its the same as bile reflux. Would you happen to know if it is or can be ?. I have some other ?’s. If it’s ok I would like to have your e-mail for further conversations.

    • Hello Dave.. I am very glad to hear that you found my articles helpful for you. An alkaline reflux is another term for a bile reflux. Bile is an alkaline substance.

The underline cause of it is allergies !!! It may be an allergy to minerals, vitamins, your own enzymes, stomach juices, certain foods, chemicals, etc. The list of potential allergens is endless. The certified NAET doctor will diagnose the cause of the sickness and treat it. If you would like to ask me more questions, please leave them in the comments area and I will answer to you as soon as I can.

      To your good health,
      Tanya

  10. Could you please email me some info on this. Haven’t been “diagnosed” with bile reflux but there was a moderate amount in my stomach when I had endoscopy. I just want to feel better. Thank you

    • Hello Pam.. I just emailed you some information about bile reflux. Besides, please read my comments I posted here as well. It might help you to get a better understanding how I cured myself.

      Thank you,
      To your good health,
      Tanya

      • OMG help! My daughter is 14 and had a bad cough that turned into throwing up bile, the cough is pretty much gone and now she throws up bile if she coughs even a little, it’s worse at night or after talking loud or being stressed, I’m so lost please comment some info

        • Hello Michele.. Sorry to hear about your daughter condition. As you left your comment a while ago, I am not sure what is her condition now. As you described, it looks like a bile reflux.

If you are not done it yet, my advice is to find a certified NAET doctor in your area and set up appointment ASAP. NAET doctor should figure out how to help.

          Tanya

  11. Hello.
I’ve been struggling with bile gastritis for four years, since I had the gallbladder removed (biggest mistake ever!).
I have been diagnosed by at least ten doctors and I’ve tried all kinds of medicine and herbal remedies.
I have changed my diet and life style: no alcohol, no fast foods and I have no extra weight.
    Nothing works…
It’s getting harder for me to believe I could actually have a normal life..
    I am still looking for “a miracle”…
Are you able to provide more information? (I live in Europe…)
    Thank you!
    Alex

    • Hello Alex.. I am glad that you do not give up and keep looking for an alternative way to get better. I almost lost my hope as well. You should consider yourself lucky because you have found the way to get your good health back. It is NAET holistic treatment.

      In your case,

  12. Hi just had hiatus hernia repaired but still have bile reflux doc gave me questran to take to get rid of bile will this help or can you suggest something else that would be better for symptoms

    • Hello Bernie.. My Western doctor prescribed me cholestyramine ( questran) as well. I tried to take it. It did not work for me because of many side effects like stomach pain, headache and pain in my legs.
So, I was determined to find a natural remedy. This is how I discovered Bentonite Clay. You can read more about it in my post “Bentonite Clay Benefits for Bile Reflux Sufferers You May Not Have Known” (http://allergyfreeforeverway.com/266). It might help you to reduce your symptoms. It did help me to reduce burning sensation in my throat and stomach while I was going through NAET treatments.
My hiatus hernia was fixed by a osteopath chiropractor. Most professional osteopath chiropractors can perform such manipulation.
If you have any more questions, please let me know,
      To your good health,
      Tanya

  13. I too have been suffering like most posting here. I am doing naet but took a two week break for financial reasons. It doesn’t seem to be helping but maybe I haven’t done it long enough. It’s frustrating since I had to do cheese 3 times, can get very expensive. Please send any info that will help. Dr put me on ppi but I’m not taking them. Cant seem to get rid of the lump in my throat. Do you have a site to purchase bentonite clay?
Thanks for any help to get rid of these monster symptoms.
    Liz O.

    • Hello Liz.. I truly understand your frustration and wish to rid of your pains. NAET is not a magical trick that heels overnight. It is a real holistic treatment that helps to restore your health. It does take time though.I have had around 55 NAET treatments so far. It took me a 1.5 year to stop my bile reflux. It was a very slow process.
I have had around 55 NAET treatments so far. It took me a 1.5 year to stop my bile reflux. It was a very slow process.
At the beginning I was able to have 3 treatments a week. After completing the basic protocol, I became feeling better, especially after eliminating allergy to my own stomach acid and my own enzymes.
However, I still had bile reflux and stomach pain.
So, I started eliminating allergies to certain foods, chemicals, water, my own hormones, etc.

You are right, it is not cheep. But IT DOES WORK. It is WORTH EVERY CENT YOU SPENT because it is the ONLY one way to get better for people like us. I borrowed money from my friends and the bank. It was not easy on my family’s budget. Luckily, I had a complete support from my husband and my parents.
Another words, sorry if it sounds too harsh, but the worst think you can do for yourself now is to stop your NAET treatments.

My NAET doctor told me the same. Since the goal of NAET treatments is to bring the homeostasis to your body by eliminating one by one of your allergies, it is ESSENTIAL to compete the whole course of NAET treatments. When you stop doing the result of your previous treatments might stop working since your body will not be balanced completely.
My case was complicated as well. I kept going forward seeing how it was helpful for my little daughter who inherited from me almost all of my allergies. She recovered from her allergies much faster than me. It is normal for children since their bodies are still “clean” from many toxins we, adults, collect over the years.
So, my advise is to keep going through NAET treatments and you will cure your bile reflux. You are lucky to have a chance to find a NAET doctor and get some treatments. So many people do not have such a chance.
Do not give up Liz and you will get your good health back.

You can buy Bentonite Clay here http://www.herbspro.com/great-plains-bentonite-20261.html?siteID=kmBQQkyoZm8-h7YENws31G.935sSk447sQ.
It is not a magical substance that will cure your bile reflux. However, it should help you to rid off extra bile from your stomach. This is how it works for me.
It is strange that you needed to do cheese treatments 3 times. Have your followed the NAET protocol and did not touch for 25 hours all prohibited products? It usually takes me only 1 treatment for 1 allergen. Is your NAET doctor a Certified doctor? It is imperative to visit a certified NAET doctor.

If you have more questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
      To your good health,
      Tanya

  14. Hi
I have suffered with gastritis and acid reflux for approximately 5 years. I had a total colectomy 3 years ago due to a slow colonic transition. I have constant stomach pains, burning, trouble swallowing, sore throat, horseness and recently started experiencing asthmatic symptoms although iv never had asthma. I had an endoscopy 3 weeks ago and was told I also have bile reflux and esophagitis. Surgery has been offered but as I am due further surgery on my bowel and have 4 children I am very reluctant to go ahead. I am open to try anything that can help me right now as I am sick of feeling so ill every day as well as having quite a lot of migraines. Sorry this is so long winded.
    Emma

  15. Hi. How many tablespoons of great plains bentonite do you take if you’re having the bile reflux attack? I took 1 tablespoon with 1 glass of water yesterday but it didn’t help. I vomited an hour after. After 3 hours i took another tablespoon but only vomited it after a few minutes.

    • Hello Mae.. I did not take Bentonite Clay during the bile reflux attack when I was vomiting since my body was in a cleaning mode. During my bile reflux attack, I could not keep anything in my stomach. I used to take Bentonite Clay everyday in the morning 1 table spoon with 1 glass of water 15 min before my breakfast and 1 table spoon with 1 glass of water before I went to bed. I have had constant bile in my stomach. Along with a strict diet it did help me to go through NAET treatments and reduce number bile reflux attacks.

      To your good health,
      Tanya

  16. Hi,, Iam sorry because my English is weak and used the translator
Iam suffering from bile reflux for five years
There are very good days and bad days
I no longer capable of endurance
    I’m taking the following medications:
    -sucralfate
    -nexum
    -Malox
What is the story clay ?
    My wish life have recovered
    I hope that you benefited

    • Hello.. I am sorry to hear about your long term bile reflux disease. The good news that NAET treatments can help you get better.
I have had a bile reflux for 22 years. With NAET help I became 95% better with some mild allergic reaction to certain substances. After 1.5 years of NAET treatments I do not have bile reflux anymore.
Changing your diet cannot help you because you may be allergic to your own stomach acids, enzymes, basic minerals like Ca, C, Iron, etc. It is impossible to avoid consuming them since these elements are everywhere.
Your body is completely disbalance now. Medications like sucralfate, nexum, Malox and surgeries cannot fix it. But NAET can.
I had GERD, gastritis, pain in esophagus, trouble eating solid foods along with bile reflux.
When I visited my first NAET doctor, she explained to me how NAET works.
Please read my page what to expect during your first NAET treatment. http://allergyfreeforeverway.com/your-first-experience-with-a-certified-naet-doctor-7-steps-to-a-successful-cure.

  17. Thank you for clarrifying the usage of bentonite clay. I will start taking it again. I also have chamomile tea and slippery elm capsules. Do you think its okay if i take these 3 everyday? Last March 16, i started eating a very strict diet mainly fish and veggies. I also started practicing begginers yoga. But I have another attack yesterday April 4. I have considered the NAET in Hong Kong but first I have to exhaust all possible natural remedies combined with self-discipline

    • Hello Mae..I tried to use chamomile and slippery elm as well. Chamomile did not help me. Slippery elm helped me reduce the stomach inflammation a bit sometimes. Yoga might be helpful for you as well since it works with body energy flow. Even all these approaches might reduce your symptoms a bit, they will not help you eliminate the main issue – your allergy to certain substances. If you have a chance to get NAET treatment somewhere, do not wait and start doing them.
      To your good health,
      Tanya

      • Hi Tanya,
I had total Gastrostomy in October of 2013, I have this bitter taste, like baking soda taste in my mouth and mouth burn all day long without relieve, which started about four months ago. Without doing any tests My GI doctor told me that it is bile back-up, It’s the complication of the surgery. Do you think Bentonite clay will be an effective treatment for me?

        • Hello Zabel..From my experience, Bentonite Clay helped me to reduce amount of bile in my stomach and bitter taste in my mouth. Along with a strict diet it did help me to go through NAET treatments and reduce number of bile reflux attacks. It works as a sponge sucking in your bile. However, this is not a treatment for bile reflux. But NAET treatment can help you to feel better. I suggest to go to NAET website and find a certified NAET doctor near you and make the first appointment.
Please remember that it is imperative to visit a certified NAET doctor

  18. Please send me email how to treat the bile reflux in herbal ways. Thank you.

    • Hello Zabel.. When I checked the NAET website http://www.naet.com/Patients/locator.aspx, I found 6 certified NAET Doctors. Personally I do not know them. However. since all of them are certifed Doctors, I suggest that you either can choose the one is closest to your home or the one you feel the most comfortable with. You are very lucky to have so many NAET doctors in LA.

      To your good health,
      Tanya

  19. I have been having the NAET procedure but I am still getting headaches and bile reflux. I have had about 6 NAET procedures done. I even tried the bentonite clay but the gives me horrible comstipation and I drink lots of water with it and it still does help the bile reflux. I had horrible bile reflux this morning.Do you have any other suggestions.

    Thanks
    Rodney

    • Hello Rodney.. I totally understand how you feel. I am glad you decided to go through NAET treatments. However, to have 6 NAET treatments is only the beginning of your journey to get your health back. I have had around 52 NAET treatments total. Please read more details about my story in these posts: http://allergyfreeforeverway.com/children-allergy and http://allergyfreeforeverway.com/your-first-experience-with-a-certified-naet-doctor-7-steps-to-a-successful-cure.
It took me 1,5 years to cure bile reflux disease. At the moment, your digestive system and your whole body are totally disbalance. By eliminating the allergies, eventually, you will get your balance back.
You should be just patient, go forward and do not give up. NAET is not a “magical” woodoo treatment. NAET is a real holistic treatment that helps to get your good health back. I am in opinion that, we, bile reflux suffers, have no other choice to win this serious disease but to go through NAET treatments. I did it. I have had bile reflux for 20 years. Now, I am a new person. Even my digestive system is not the strongest one, but I can have almost normal life without these horrible bile reflux episodes, abdominal pain and migraine headaches.

If you have more questions, please let me know.

      To your good health,
      Tanya

  21. Hi Tanya, could you please provide me with your e-mail address?
    Many thanks.
    Eloise.

  22. Hi Tanya, my throat burns when I wake up every morning and sometimes throughout the day! I think I have been suffering from Bile Reflux. I have seen a few 3 ENT’s ! They scoped my throat said looked ok but they thought I had Acid Reflux! I Took strong antacids nothing worked. Went to 2 Gastrologist. The first one scoped my throat and stomach said looked ok. The second Gastrologist did a test to where they put a tube down in my nose down to my stomach for 24 hours! He said I actually had low levels of Acid. I know I have lots of allergies to food, trees, weeds and grasses because I had extensive blood testing from an Integrated MD and I he gave me a list of my allergies. I have TRIED EVERYTHING. They all think I am crazy because nothing works! I am at my wits end. I have Bentonite (Sonne’s #7) and psyllium husk. How often do I take it and when should I feel results. How can I learn more about the NAET Program to stop this! Do you now a NAET program treatment in the Sacramento, CA area. Please help!

    • Hello Tessie..I had almost the same symptoms as you have now. I went through many medical tests as well. Western doctors neither could find out what was wrong with me or help me. Finally, they diagnosed me with a bile reflux diseases.
You can read my whole story how I became healthy and learn about NAET in my post :”How To Become Allergy Free – 5 Steps You Need To Know”. http://allergyfreeforeverway.com/how-to-become-allergy-free-what-you-need-to-know.
I did not find a NAET doctor in Sacramento. But there are many NAET doctors in California. You can check them on the NAET website and find the one thar close to you.
Bentonite clay might help reduce your symptoms in your throat. It did help me. However, it will not solve the cause of your sickness – allergies to many foods and substances.
So, I suggest you not to wait and find the NAET doctor and get your good health back.
      To your good health,
      Tanya

  23. I developed bile reflux after having the gastric sleeve surgery, removing 70% of my stomach. Can this NAET treatment possibly help me. It’s almost unbearable to live with and take care of my two little boys

    • Hello DeLonna,
Since you had a surgery, your meridians were cut. As a result, the normal energy flow through your meridians stopped and your digestive system stopped work properly as well. I have seen hundreds cases showing that people developed many side effects after abdominal surgery.
I had two abdominal surgeries as well.
I am in opinion that only NAET might bring relief from your surgery side effects. I suggest you to visit the NAET doctor close to you and discuss your health issue as soon as possible.
      To your good health,
      Tanya

    • Hi Delonna. I also had the sleeve surgery 10 weeks ago and now I am having a lot of stomach pain/gnawing and burning in my stomach and throat. It’s horrible! I am having such a hard time taking care of my 2 small kids. I can’t eat anything! I’m in pain just drinking water! I just had an EGD today and the Dr told me he wasn’t sure if I had acid but that I do have bile in my stomach. It will take 7-10 days for the biopsy results. This is so ridiculous! I had this surgery to be healthier for my kids and my husband and now I’m doing even worse! I saw a previous comment from Tanya that she didn’t see any certified NAET here in Sacramento where I live. I am bummed about that because I was very interested in checking in on the cost because I am so desperate for relief! How are u doing now? Still having the symptoms? How long ago did u have the sleeve surgery? And how long after did u start to develop the bile symptoms?

  24. I am interested in trying the clay, however I have been constipated and bloated (all over but left abdomen seems to be more distended) for over a month now. I can’t pass a bowel movement without using a suppository. It’s just too hard to push. GI hasn’t pinpointed problem yet, but I told him I’m having acid/bile reflux and he says constipation can cause that. He thinks he felt an umbilical hernia, and we are still doing tests to figure out the issue. I am 18, and otherwise healthy btw. Any advice? Would it be bad to try the clay to help the reflux considering I’m already constipated? Plus I just did a barium x-ray which evidently also causes constipation as a side effect.

    • Hello Samantha,
If you have a chronic constipation, I would not recommend you trying Bentonite clay because of its potential constipation side effects. Acting like a sponge it binds liquid in your stomach including bile. You need to drink a lot of water to avoid constipation.
Instead, I suggest you to visit a certified NAET doctor and find out what causes your digestive system problems. I suspect that you have allergies to either some foods or substances.

      To your good health,
      Tanya

  25. Hi Tanya,
I know this blog is from 2014 but I’m hoping you will still receive this comment.
I have been suffering from bile reflux and gerd for such a long time now and not receiving any help from doctors etc. I have been told to have the surgery although for me I don’t see surgery as an option.
I would love to email you and ask some questions about your blog.

    • Hello Corrine,
Your story is a very similar to mine. Western Doctors could not offer me any help but some surgeries. That was not an option for me. So, I started my search for an alternative holistic treatment. Luckily, I found NAET which helped me to get my health and life back.
If you have more questions, please ask them here. And I will answer them as soon as I can.
      To your good health,
      Tanya

  26. i suffer from migraine but someone told me its bile or acid which makes me feel like this…could someone help me its so bad.

    • Hello Sajid…I have had strong migraine headaches with constant nausea and vomiting for 20 years. My migraine symptoms were similar to yours. I felt relief as soon as I cleaned my stomach. This is one of symptoms of allergy to multiple substances such as minerals, vitamins, foods, chemicals, etc.

NAET eliminates allergy to any substances. NAET helps thousands. It did give me my health and life back. Please read for more details in my post:“How to Become Allergy Free – 5 Steps You Nees to Know!”.

      To your good health,
      Tanya

  27. Hi Tanya! I need your help.

Dr.’s are still trying to figure out what’s going on with my crazy tummy! I have aching in the gall bladder area, burping, ab pain and bloating and the feeling of reflux/naseua, etc., however a bravo/ph test showed no acid reflux. (Not sure if it would show bile reflux). I also constantly have a irritated throat and the globus sensation. It’s been driving me crazy for over a year. Dr’s are looking into my gb now but def don’t want to get it removed if I already have bile reflux. Getting an MRI next week to rule out any major anatomical issues. Meeting with a GI next week to try to get to the bottom of all this. My EGD scope and colonoscopy are all normal, as is my blood work. What’s the deal?! Looking forward to talking with you!

    • Hello Bonnie,

I have had many different tests in one of the best world clinics before my NAET doctor finally explained to me the cause of my health problems. Western doctors could not figure out what was wrong with me.They could not explain my weight loss, stomach pain, constant migraines, etc.

They could not even imagine that there were typical symptoms of allergy to multiple substances such as minerals, vitamins, foods, chemicals, etc.

I suggest you to visit a certified NAET doctor and find out what causes your digestive system problems. I suspect that you have allergies to either some foods or substances.
NAET eliminates allergy to any substances. NAET helps thousands. It did give me my health and life back.

  30. Hi Tanya Im 20 and Im suffering from bile reflux I cant eat anything always throw up , everyday Im eating my meal by force . I read your post and very excited , please help me :(( I search Say Good-Bye to Illness but everywhere it has a cost , what should I do ? thank you very much

    • Hello Ozgan..Since, you have such a severe bile reflux case, I suggest you do not to wait and to find a certified NAET doctor and find out what causes your digestive system problems as soon as possible. I suspect that you have multiple allergies to either some foods or substances.

I have had many different tests in one of the best world clinics before my NAET doctor finally explained to me the cause of my health problems. Western doctors could not figure out what was wrong with me. They could not explain my bile reflux, weight loss, stomach pain, constant migraines, etc.

NAET eliminates allergy to any substances. NAET helped thousands. It did give me my health and life back.

As any treatments, it involves some expenses. As far as I know, the average cost of one treatment is from 60 to 80$. You might need many treatments to get your health back.

NAET is not a magical trick that heels overnight. It is a holistic treatment that helps to restore your health. It does take time though. I have had around 55 NAET treatments so far. It took me a 1.5 year to stop my bile reflux. It was a very slow process.

But IT DOES WORK. It is WORTH EVERY CENT YOU SPENT because it is the ONLY one way to get better for people like us. I borrowed money from my friends and the bank. It was not easy on my family’s budget. Luckily, I had a complete support from my husband and my parents.

Please read for more details in my post:“How to Become Allergy Free – 5 Steps You Need to Know!”.

      To your good health,
      Tanya

  31. Hi, would it be possible for you to email me so I can ask some specific questions about bile reflux. It has taken my life away and I have a young family to take care of. I’m very desperate as the ppis and h2 blockers are not helping long term, in fact sometimes they’re no use at all. Thank you.

    • Hello Simon.. I just sent you an e-mail. Please check it. I will try to answer to all your questions regarding the bile reflux.

      To your good health,

      Tatiana

  32. Hi Tanya,

Tania-lee here from South Africa. I was only diagnosed with bile reflux yesterday. I had my gallbladder removed in July and since have been suffering from terrible nausea and headaches. 2 days ago I started getting a really bad pain in my chest and that is why I made an appointment with the Doctor that did my surgery. Please could I have a list of foods to avoid and foods which are good for me in treating the bile reflux. Please could you send me your email address as there are a few other questions I would like some guidance on.
    Thank you….

    • Hello Tania-lee.. I sent you my e-mail address. Regarding a list of foods to avoid, it is not possible to recommend as everybody has different allergy issues. Usually, it is recommended to avoid eating sweets as chocolate, spicy foods, fats, etc.

However, in my case I could not eat much anything only white rice and broccoli. As a described in my post about bile refluxe, unfortunately only following diet cannot help you treat bile reflux. This might help you only reduce pain and some symptoms. It has to be done along with going through NAET treatments.

You can try using Bentonity Clay as a remedy that might help your reduce your bile reflux symptoms. It worked for me though.

Hope it helps. To your good health,

      Tanya

  33. Hi Tanya,

In my country (Serbia) we don’t have that type of dr, can you please tell me how you drink that Bentonity Cly? How many times in one day and dose… I want to try this because I have bile and acids reflux, I will order this from internet… all this “eat me”… I already stop to use food from my intolerance list… if you want answer me on my email, I would love to ask you some questions…

    Ana,

    • Hello Ana.. I used to take Bentonite Clay everyday in the morning: 1 table spoon with 1 glass of water 15 min before my breakfast and 1 table spoon with 1 glass of water before I went to bed. I did not take Bentonite Clay during the bile reflux attack.

I have had constant bile in my stomach. Along with a strict diet it did help me to go through NAET treatments and reduce number bile reflux attacks.
However, Bentonite Clay will not cure your bile gastritis. It might reduce the symptoms.

      Hope it helps,

      To your good health,
      Tanya

    • Hello Janelle.. Personally I avoid my gallbladder removal surgery even Western doctors offered me such option. However, I had couple other abdominal surgerys which put my body in a complete disbalance. As result, I became a very sick person. NAET helped me restore my health.

      Hope it helps,

      To your good health,

      Tanya

  34. Hello I have come across this page after looking online to try and self help. I had my gall bladder removed over 2 years ago now, I had previously suffered with frequent ”gall bladder attacks” which were getting worse. I now realise that the five tiny stones did not warrant removing my whole gall bladder 🙁 I’m so depressed over the matter as i drove my self crazy for months on the lead up to the operation ”should i or shouldn’t I have it removed’ trying to weigh up the pros and cons. I worried myself so much I developed shingles in the left ear! )ramsay hunt). I did so much online research at that time that prompted me to go ahead as I had the fear that a stone would or could get blocked! I noticed my condition appears to get worse (even prior) to gall bladder removal if I follow a low fat, high carb diet? this was something the doctors couldn’t understand. I could eat fat all day long and I would be fine, problem with that was I was gaining weight a few months into slimming world I would get frequent attacks? I think for whatever reason my body produces too much bile. Since having the surgery I now have major gastritis an endoscopy has shown inflamation. I feel raw in side! I have resulted back to taking Lanzoprazole but I know the long term effects and do not wish to stay on them. I take vitamin D3 as Ive noticed my body doesn’t absorb fat vitamins and therefore I need regular injections to get my levels up! I also have pain around the gall bladder site and m liver sometimes. I take digestive enzymes (ultra zyme) but fear this might be making things worse? I recently started taking probiotics in the hope this will help heal my insides. Im really at a loss of what to do, I am also thinking of trying for a baby and worry of the effects the PPI might have on the development of the foetus and if pregnancy could make the bile reflux worse? Id love to hear back from you with any advise or help. many thanks ahead.

    • Hello Tanya.. Looking for an alternative way to get better is the first step to get your good health back. You should consider yourself lucky because you have found the way to get your good health back. It is NAET holistic treatment.

      In your case,
First, I suspect that the main reason you have a problem with your digestive system and gallbladder because you have already had some allergies issues.

Please read more about allergy here: “Why Do People Have Allergies – MYSTERY Solved!”.

Second, during your gallbladder removal surgery, your meridians were cut. As a result, the normal energy flow through your meridians stopped and your digestive system stopped work properly as well. I have seen hundreds cases showing that people developed many side effects after gallbladder removal surgery including bile reflux.

Changing your diet cannot help you because you may be allergic to your own stomach acids, enzymes, basic minerals like Ca, C, Iron, etc. It is impossible to avoid consuming them since these elements are everywhere.
Your body is completely disbalance now. Medications and surgeries cannot fix it. But NAET can.

I had GERD, gastritis, pain in esophagus, trouble eating solid foods along with bile reflux.

When I visited my first NAET doctor, she explained to me how NAET works. It took me more than a year and half to cure.

35. Hi Tanya I would really like to get some information on how you treated the bile reflux since I was diagnosed with bile reflux and also pylori bacteria an endoscopy was performed and confirmed it can you please help me

    • Hello Mar..I have cured my bile reflux by eliminating allergy reaction to approximately 55 different substances including different minerals, foods, vitamins, chemicals, etc. It was done through NAET treatments.

Please read the detailed story in my post: “How to Become Allergy Free – 5 Steps You Need to Know!!!”.
In addition, I wrote my detailed story in the answers below this post.

In summary, I will recommend you to find a NAET doctor near the place you live, set up an appointment and start your NAET treatments. The NAET doctor should explained to you in details what causes a bile reflux in your case.

      To your good health,

      Tanya

  36. Hi Tanya- thanks so much for your info. I have been suffering from severe migraines for the past 6 years – with vomiting and bile backup for the past 3-4. It used to be that it was just severe headache with occasional vomiting but now it is almost always vomiting – sometimes for days, Aways with incredible fatigue and lethargy and usually diarrhea. . Bad episodes usually require a trip to the ER due to dehydration. I can see that it’s bile when this happens as I have no food left after a few hours but am still vomiting. My question is: did you get a migraine before a bile attack or was it the other way around? i am trying to determine which causes which. My Gastro says the migraines cause the stomach issues – I feel its the other way around. What is your experience with this? Have been told by doctors that I may just have to live with this (not acceptable -it’s totally incapicitating – I can;t get out of bed) sorry for the ugly details but I am desperate. thanks again

    • Hello Cesell..I totally understand how you feel. Your case looks pretty similar the one I had before I cured my bile reflux along with migraines.

Usually I had a migraine headache and then bile attack. In my opinion, the cause of these severe reactions: migraine and bile attack is the same – your body response to the certain allergen. It can be foods, minerals, vitamins, your sink water, chemicals. If you have allergy to as many substances as I had – around 55 substances, your digestive and nerve system became very unbalances and week.

Western doctors have no idea how to help in such situation. I was told the same that I had to just live with my pains all my life. I could not agree with it because this was almost an everyday torcher for me.

Luckily for us, NAET doctors do know what to do. So, my advice for you is to find a certified NAET doctor in your area and set up appointment as soon as possible. NAET doctor should determen what causes your migrains and bile attack and start the treatment process.

Please read my post: “How to Become Allergy Free – 5 Steps You Need to Know!!!” for more details.

The real help is out there. You just need to make certain steps to get it.

      To your good health,

      Tanya

  37. Hi Tanya,
I’ve been battling acid reflux for over 4 years now. I’ve had esophagitis for over a year and during my last endoscopy done last week, I found out that I also have bile in stomach, which gave me gastritis for the last 3 months. Since I don’t respond well to ppis the doctor put me on Zantac 3x day, and Carafate to bind the bile. I have also been given the option of surgery for my acid reflux. I’m not crazy about taking drugs, or having surgery. I’m really interested in knowing how you were able to treat your bile reflux and if Bentonite Clay is safe to use. I got a bottle of Bentonite Clay, but after I read the disclaimer in the bottle I was a little afraid to take it. Thanks in advance for your help!

    • Hello Bill..I have cured my bile reflux by eliminating allergy reaction to approximately 55 different substances including different minerals, foods, vitamins, chemicals, etc. It was done through NAET treatments. You can read the detailed story in my post: “How to Become Allergy Free – 5 Steps You Need to Know!!!”.

I used to take this brand of Bentonite Clay and had no issues with it. You can try any other brands. There are many different ones are sold on Amazon or at the local organic stores.

      To your good health,

      Tanya

  38. Hello Tanya,

Unlike many people, I have not had any gastric or gallbladder removal surgeries, but I do suffer from bile reflux. I’ve been placed on Carafate twice a day, dexilant once daily. I’ve tried the GI cocktail…donatal, and none of these so-called treatments work for long…if at all. Currently, I’m on my second Gastroenterologist. The first one decided my symptoms should be gone by now so I needed to have my care transferred to a teaching hospital. The new Gastroenterologist says everything “looks normal” but scheduled me for a gastric emptying study. Never mind the fact that I told him that I can’t ingest more than 4oz of Ensure a day. When this all began, I was 208lbs. Two months later, I weigh 167lbs. But I think these doctors are so caught up in the fact that I’m still “obese” that my extreme loss falls on deaf ears. These doctors give me no hope. I live in fear. I don’t sleep at night. The burning pain often makes me anorexic. Even water gives me stomach pain. I feel like I’ve hit a brick wall. I can’t afford to keep going to the ER for fluids. What do you suggest for someone like me?

    Thank you for your time,
    Shanyka

    • Hello Shanyka..I did not get any help from Western doctors as well. I even had all tests done in one of the world best medical centers – Mayo Clinic in MN. I cannot say that Western doctor are incompetent. Western medicine helps many people. However, in our case of bile reflux disease, the Western doctors do not have a holistic tool to test properly and understanding what causes it. Their fancy machines, scanners and blood tests are useless in our case.

I have cured my bile reflux by eliminating allergy reaction to approximately 55 different substances including different minerals, foods, vitamins, chemicals, etc. I was allergic even to my own stomach acid and enzymes which caused constant 24 hours stomach pain. It was done through NAET treatments.

Please read the detailed story in my post: “How to Become Allergy Free – 5 Steps You Need to Know!!http://allergyfreeforeverway.com/how-to-become-allergy-free-what-you-need-to-know!”. In addition, I wrote my detailed story in the answers below this post.

In summary, I will recommend you to find a NAET doctor near the place you live, set up an appointment and start your NAET treatments as soon as possible. The NAET doctor should explained to you in details what causes a bile reflux in your case.

The real help is out there Shanyka. Stay strong and do not loose your hope. You just need to find the NAET doctor and get the help asap.

If you have any more questions, please feel free to ask me.

      To your good health,

  39. Hello Tanya,
Thank you for the information. Bile reflux is really affecting my life. It’s so very painful. I had my gallbladder removed 2 years ago. Could you please email me your step by step process? Thank you so much for being helpful!

    • Hello Michael..I have cured my bile reflux by eliminating allergy reaction to approximately 55 different substances including different minerals, foods, vitamins, chemicals, etc. I was allergic even to my own stomach acid and enzymes which caused constant 24 hours stomach pain. 40. Hello Tanya,
Could you please email me what kind of F&B that you had to consume when doing these treatments. I have the same problems with many comments above. I am from Indonesia and i think there is no NAET doctor here. Thanks for your help. God bless you

    • Hello Gultom..I had a pretty tough case as I was allergic to so many substances that I ended up having chronic stomach pain and eating only rice and some green steam vegetables. We are all so different that without testing you with MRT testing, it is tough to recommend you anything.

      Anyway, couple suggestions:

First, most likely you should eliminate eating all spicy foods, sweets, less bread, chocolate, tomatoes. Try eating more green vegetables and maybe rice. Second, try to learn Muscle Response Testing (‘MRT’). and check yourself with different foods and avoid eating ones you allergic to.

      Hope it helps.

      To your good health,

      Tanya

    • Could u please email me what things eg.foods that i have to avoid,i have been trying to contact naet in indonesia ,im only 20 and i suffer this bile reflux even though no GB surgery,im so desperate i still have many dreams to achieve, and can i cure with bentonite clay?is fixing hiatal hernia in chiropeactor is an effective way?

      • Riza..Have you had any luck visiting NAET doctor in your country? This is the best way to get your health back. I cannot recommend what foods you should avoid or what you can eat as everybody’s situation is different. When I had bile reflux I became so sick that I ate only broccoli and rice. Others can eat only potatos or fruits. Only NAET doctor can recommend you your diet.

Bentonite Clay can only provide you a temporary relief. It did work for me for some time while I was going through NAET treatments. Professorial chiropractors can fix a hiatal hernia using some manipulations. It worked for me pretty good. This is a standard procedure for the professorial chiropractor.

        To your good health.

        Tanya

    • Hello Cindy..I understand how you feel very well. However, the hope and help are out there. As I have already said to other bile reflux suffers, I have cured my bile reflux by eliminating allergy reaction to different substances including different minerals, foods, vitamins, chemicals, etc. I was allergic even to my own stomach acid and enzymes which caused constant 24 hours stomach pain. It was done through NAET treatments.

  41. I had bile reflux for years, until Balfofen changed my life in a day. Started with 10mg once a day before bed, up to 20mg ten years later; It crosses the blood/brain barrier, so you MUST sweat it out every morning with hard exercise.

  42. Do you work for NAET? It looks like. My previous question is not approved bum. Asking question which might shake it’s whole credibility.

    • Hello Rachel.. I do not work for NAET. But my daughter and I have been using NAET treatments for last 4 years. When I was building this website my goal was to share my experience with NAET with a sincere hope that this will help others like me.

I answer questions when I have some free time in my every day busy schedule. This is why usually I do not respond right away.

Regarding the Muscle Response Testing (‘MRT’) of allergies you can read more about it on this page: http://allergyfreeforeverway.com/self-diagnoses-and-self-treatment. So far, my NAET doctor has never made even one mistake testing me with MRT.

I understand your frustration with Western medications and approaches. I was in the same boat. I was checked in one of the best clinics in the world – Mayo Clinic with many different tests and procedures. However, Western doctors could not figure out what actually was wrong with me.

Initially I was pretty skeptical about NAET as well when friend of mine told me about it. But I was desperate, so I gave it a try and I am very grateful because it gave me my health and life back. On this page you can read what you should experience during your first visit with NAET doctor: http://allergyfreeforeverway.com/your-first-experience-with-a-certified-naet-doctor-7-steps-to-a-successful-cure. If you check all pages of this website, you should get a pretty clear picture what NAET is about and how it helps to cure many sickness by eliminating allergies to different substances.

Hope this helps. If you have any more questions, let me know and I will try to answer as soon as I can.

      To your good health.

  43. Hi Tanya,

This is Malini 25yrs old . I have been sufferring with vomitting for than 2 years. It occurs in random intervals and lasts for 1 week. I have undergone endoscopy 3times,MRI and CT with contrast as well, all the reports show normal. Im able to live my normal routine. Can you please advise me

  44. Hi Tanya, I have never reached out
like this but like yourself, feeling
alone and hopeless. Keeping it short… from family doc, to allergist, to ENT, and next visit is to GI next week, they are leaning toward my having Silent Acid Reflux or Bile Reflux. No definitive yet.
I truly only have one symptom… Mucous in my throat that feels so
thick, that it chokes me. I cough & constantly (every few seconds) clear my throat as though it will actually move it away. No relief. I am a singer so it’s so discouraging that I can’t deliver a song anymore. I am so desperate for help. I am very thankful that i found your blog. Any information that you could pass my way, esp in regards to asking the right questions at my GI consult on the 17th. Thank you so much for any of your thiught and time.

  45. I don’t quite understand what you mean “Avoiding certain foods might help you to reduce a number of the bile reflux symptoms. It happens ONLY because you AVOID the foods you are HIGHLY ALLERGIC TO.” Does that mean I should eat the foods that I’m allergic to that give me the problem … or should I avoid them?

    • Hello Ronald.. This means that you should avoid eating the foods that you are highly allergic to. This help to reduce a number of the bile reflux symptoms.

      Hope this clarifies your question.

      To your good health,

      Tanya

  46. Hi dear, I’m a 20 year old girl suffering from bile reflux for 2years, my life’s just like hell! I cannot eat anything, I lost weight, I’ve tried several medications but they didn’t work at all… the thing is I live in Iran and I don’t have access to any NAET practitioner…so now I am very hopeless… do you have any solution for me? 🙁

    • Hello Nastaran..I totally understand how you feel as I have had the same health problem for many years. However, so far I have not seen any cases that Western medicine can help people with bile reflux issues. If you can, you might try checking the NAET doctors in countries close to Iran. I know that it requires special effort and finances to find the right NAET doctor. This might be pretty challenging. But it is possible if you want to get your health and life back to normal.

Meanwhile, you might try using Bentonite clay which binds an excess bile in a stomach. It helped me for a while.

      To your good health.

      Tanya

  47. I am interested in trying the Bentonite Clay for my husband who suffers from Bile Reflux. But my question is this. He has more symptoms in the morning than any other time of day (wakes up vomiting and its obviously bile) so he would take it in the morning, could he take it more than once a day should he have symptoms show up

    • Hello Amber.. I used to take Bentonite Clay several times a day and had no side effects except constipation. So, this is why it is important to drink enough water while you consume Bentonite Clay.

And if your husband wants to eliminate permanently the cause of his bile reflux I would highly recommend to find and visit a NAET doctor as soon as possible. Any remedies including Bentonite Clay might only ease the symptoms, but they cannot help to stop bile reflux for good. My GI doctor is still puzzled why I don’t have bile reflux anymore.

Meanwhile, your husband needs to check his diet and try to eliminate any foods that trigger the bile reflux episodes. This might be alcohol, spicy foods, chocolate, coffee, etc..

If you have more questions, let me know.

To you and your family good health.

      Tanya

  48. Hi Tanya
I am zarina from Malaysia.how do I get all the bile reflux medicine in Malaysia as I suffered from bile reflux almost a year now..really couldnt stand the pain.At night I suffered bile reflux & in the morning suffered from migraine.Pls help.

    • Hello Zarina..I really understand how you feel as I have had the same health problem for many years. However, so far I have not seen any cases that Western medicine can help people with bile reflux issues. But NAET doctors can help you to stop suffering from bile reflux. I don’t think there are any NAET doctors in Malaysia. But if you can, you might try checking the NAET doctors in countries close to Malaysia. I know there is at least one in Singapore. You can locate a NAET doctor through NAET.com website.

I know that it requires special effort and finances to find the right NAET doctor. This might be pretty challenging. But it is possible if you want to get your health and life back to normal.

Meanwhile, you might try using Bentonite clay which binds excess bile in a stomach. It helped me for a while.

      To your good health.

      Tanya

  49. Tanya what food you can eat.I eat just protein and veggies. My stomach hurt like heal I try naet for 3 month it’s not help to much. My doctor tell me I need surgey. My body attack me when I eat what better food to eat nadia

    • Hello Nadia.. I am sorry to hear that you are still experiencing so much pain in your stomach. However, it took me around a year of NAET treatments to get my balance back and stop my stomach pain. I felt so much relief after I was treated to my own stomach acid. I was allergic to my own stomach acid and enzymes. I think that you should address to your NAET doctor as well. My NAET doctor told me at the beginning that it takes time to get better and how long it is tough to say.

Make sure that your seeing the right NAET specialist and be patient. Besides, I would recommend learning the self-testing and self-treatment method http://allergyfreeforeverway.com/self-diagnoses-and-self-treatment. I use it all the time. It helps me to avoid eating or using something I am sensitive to. It also takes time to learn. But this is not difficult. This method is also described in a NAET book.

Hope you will get better soon. If you have any more questions, let me know.

      To your good health.

      Tanya

  50. I had my gallbladder removed in 2014 and a year later I have gastritis and acid reflux and I still have it today.

    • Hello Gloria..Sorry to hear that you have the same health problem as I had for many years. However, so far I have not seen any cases that Western medicine can help people with bile reflux issues. They offer people some solutions for acid reflux by taking pretty body damaging medications or major surgeries. If you can, you might try checking the NAET doctors near your place. It helped me to get my health me. It took more than a year of NAET treatments to stop my pains. But I feel blessed and very gratfull that I came across NAET method and found my amazing NAET doctor.

Meanwhile, you might try using Bentonite clay which binds an excess bile in a stomach. It helped me for a while.
